The Project Management Team (PMT) is the day to day management organ that is in charge of establishing the link between the Local partners and the Steering Committee. The PMT acts on the technical level whereas the Steering Committee is in charge of the strategic level.
The objective of the PMT is to ensure the correct and timely execution of the project by all partners and provide input for the strategic orientation of the project through preparing these issues for the Steering Committee and through monitoring the planning, implementation, evaluation and cost-effectiveness of the project activities.
Each partner and each WP leader reports regularly to the PMT on the on-going activities.
The PMT meetings, chaired by the University of Strasbourg, are composed of the 8 Project officers, the WP-Leaders (if different) and the Strategic Coordinator.
