Cross-Border Education Grant 2023 open to EPICUR teachers and lecturers.

The Cross-Border Education Grant of the University of Basel is intended to support cooperation projects in teaching within the trinational university network Eucor – The European Campus, which, in addition to the University of Basel, includes the universities of Freiburg, Strasbourg, Haute-Alsace and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Funding is available for innovative bi- and tri-national courses in the fall semester 2023 and spring semester 2024, which are taught by lecturers of the University of Basel in cooperation with at least one Eucor partner university or EPICUR parnter university and are aimed for Master students and/or post/doctoral students. Teaching and networking activities will be supported with up to 4’000 CHF per project. The deadline for applications is April 14, 2023, and the funding decision will be announced on April 28, 2023.

Since March 2022 Eucor has become an associated partner of the EPICUR alliance. Accordingly, the University of Basel is also an associate member of the alliance. Teachers from EPICUR alliance universities can also be co-applicants for the Cross-Border Education Grant and benefit from this support in developing courses.
