Sustainability & dissemination – WP6

EPICUR > Our Alliance > Activities > Sustainability & dissemination – WP6

The Work package 6 is dedicated to Sustainability and Dissemination and has two main objectives:

  • Creating a sustainable governance to ensure a strong and durable cooperation among EPICUR members, beyond the implementation phase
  • Developing a model of transferable best practices to other European Universities

Activities

The WP6 coordinates the communication and dissemination activities in relation to the project defined communication objectives. In this way, it interacts strongly with all other WPs, as their activities and results will be a fundamental part of the project promotion, and a major input for the definition of the long-term model.

In terms of sustainability, the work of the WP6 is to create a long-term model and to draw on expertise of an Advisory Board and meetings with the EU institutions. The WP6 also drives bottom-up governance through coordinating Student & Staff involvement in the governance of the alliance as well as sustaining efforts to a student and staff centred approach.

Organisation

The WP6 is coordinated by the University of Strasbourg, as for the WP1 Management of the project. As mentioned above, this Work Package is really singular as it has a transversal role. For the task concerning the communication on the whole project, the team in Strasbourg works closely with the communication officers at the other partner universities enabling us to exchange information and to have a global sense of apprehending the dissemination strategy.
