EPICUR Language and Culture Learning Pathways

The call for applications is now closed, but you can still visit the inter-university campus for other activities.

For the next academic year 2021/2022 EPICUR is taking a next step in its teaching offers, by giving you the opportunity to combine courses to improve your skills and gain new competencies.

Starting from September 2021, the Language & Culture courses focus on three language regions:

  • Modern Greek
  • Slavonic
  • Nordic/Scandinavian

For each language, different Learning Pathways with different combinations of courses can be followed. The structure of the learning paths differs slightly depending on the language region. Per language region the set-up of the Learning Pathways is slightly different.

Completion of a Language & Culture Learning Pathway means that you successfully completed a minimum of two, and a maximum of four, courses within the Learning Pathway. When this is the case you will not only receive the ECTS points that belong to the specific courses you followed, defined by the host institution and approved by the examination board of your home university, but you will also receive official EPICUR recognition in the form of certification or badge.

This second round we are also offering instrumental language acquisition courses to boost your mobility opportunities! At the moment we are offering Dutch and German language acquisition courses which you can follow next to or independently from the Learning Pathways.
