Administrative Staff

EPICUR > Education > Administrative Staff

Mobility

Our mobility offers:

Staff members are often deterred to go on mobility, due to the high level of administrative burdens, especially regarding short term mobility.
Our ambition is to apply the gamification approach and the “learning by doing” method, in order to rethink and reshape the way mobility is handled and lift most of these barriers. We will provide a more flexible approach on mobility supporting both physical but also virtual mobility.
For example, EPICUR will organise workshop sessions called “train the trainers” in order to learn how to improve teachers’ methodologies or to learn from each other in a matter of interculturality.

Opportunities

EPICUR fosters a student-centred approach in terms of Education, Research, as well as Governance. We have the objective of establishing a Staff Board which will be in charge of developing new ideas for staff members in collaboration with our 6 WPs.
