letter of intent on language policy – EPICUR alliance

EPICUR > letter of intent on language policy – EPICUR alliance

Signature of the letter of intent on language policy by all Rectors and Presidents of EPICUR member universities

The Signing of the letter of intent language Policy is a second deliverable of WP2 next to the official launch of the Statement on Multilingualism. With this letter of intent all EPICUR partners show their commitment to together develop a EPICUR European Model framework language policy and to implement this at all EPICUR partner universities. The EPICUR European Model language policy is a framework that allows for flexibility and differentiation between and within the EPICUR European University partners and safeguards diversity and multilingualism in communication, acknowledging that language is a basic precondition for educational quality, facilitation of learning experiences and the entire student experience as well as the basis for a good and inclusive academic practice at all levels, including research, policy and administration.
